If summer was a shirt 🌼🌸

Ok, I know what your thinking….. “didn’t she just say she didn’t like floral print”. Well yes that’s partly true but what I meant was disty, floral print, Yano that vintagey floral type? nope not for me. However I do love embroidery, not loads, but a wee bit here and there. So I fell in love with this gorge little one from the Walk in Wardrobe.

It’s a Spanish range, therefore the fit is a lot smaller. It is oversized (which I love) however just scimmed my hips making it flattering and the perfect length for me. I absolutely loved the fine detail of this little shirt, the contrasting embroidery against the crisp white shirt, the hidden placket leading up to mandarin collar and the sleeves…..can we please discuss the sleeves! They were a puffball sleeve trimmed with a delicate ruffle detail. Just gorge!

With the shirt, I kept it simple and wore my Topshop ‘Leigh’ jean (a few seasons ago) and my Topshop low block heels (this season, but sold out).

Thanks for reading.

Lots of love
